The three-day 20th Medtec China 2026 in Shanghai has come to a successful close! As China's premier event for the medical device supply chain, the show saw jMedtech present its core medical coatings, precision products and innovative technologies, gathering with hundreds of peers from the medical industry to envision the future of precision medicine.
The hydrophilic coating interactive demo drew many industry visitors who stopped by to experience it firsthand. With a single finger slide from top to bottom, visitors could instantly feel the difference in friction before and after hydrophilic coating activation.
We also showcased our anticoagulant coatings, paired with coating equipment and friction testing equipment, covering the full value chain of materials, processes, custom contract manufacturing, and testing — a true one-stop medical coating solution that attracted numerous industry customers to exchange technical insights and discuss cooperation.
The spotlight of the tubing zone fell on the group standard for peel-force testing of PTFE liner tubing. Several composite braided tubes were available on site for customers to feel the peel force firsthand, alongside high-precision PTFE liner tubes produced by three processes: free extrusion, mandrel extrusion, and mandrel dip coating.
At the heat-shrink tubing display, a variety of PTFE and FEP heat-shrink tubes were on show, covering a wide range of shrink ratios, precision levels and functional requirements to support all kinds of high-end interventional medical devices, with highly personalized customization services.
Over the three days, from in-depth discussions with long-standing partners to on-site consultations with new friends, jMedtech's reception area hosted hundreds of industry conversations. From hands-on coating experiences and equipment operation demos to tubing process consultations and custom parameter discussions, every exchange was an accumulation of trust and a potential for cooperation.
In addition, our “Share Industry Insights, Win a Lucky Mystery Box” interactive campaign attracted hundreds of professional visitors from medical industry roles, from whom we collected valuable, multi-dimensional perspectives. The moments of unwrapping mystery boxes and claiming prizes added an extra touch of surprise and delight to the exhibition.
The Medtec event may have drawn to a close, but jMedtech will keep forging ahead on the path of precision medical material innovation.
