jMedtech Completes Strategic Integration with Hydromer, a Global Leader in Materials Technology, in September This Year
From October 21st to 22nd, jMedtech and Hydromer made their first joint appearance at MD&M Midwest (Medical Design & Manufacturing Midwest), an international medical device exhibition in the United States.

This exhibition not only served as a key showcase for the integration of the two companies’ coating technologies, but also introduced jMedtech’s expertise in medical tubing to the international stage in a new capacity. It delivers more comprehensive and in-depth medical device solutions to global customers.

The jointly exhibited hydrophilic coating solutions integrate jMedtech’s mature UV curing technology and Hydromer’s leading thermal curing coating processes, providing full coverage for medical devices with different structures, materials, and process requirements.

During the exhibition, many customers made special trips to consult about coating solutions. The international technical and sales teams of jMedtech and Hydromer also provided targeted on-site suggestions for customers, helping them achieve the optimal balance between product performance and cost.
As a core functional material for interventional/implantable medical devices, anticoagulant coatings are gaining increasing attention in high-end global products.

jMedtech and Hydromer share R&D experience and technological achievements in the field of anticoagulant coatings. The jointly launched coating solutions feature excellent biocompatibility and long-lasting anticoagulant performance, meeting the clinical needs of high-end devices such as vascular interventional/implantable devices and indwelling catheters.
In the medical tubing segment, jMedtech demonstrated the integration results in supply chain and manufacturing after its collaboration with Hydromer. Through cross-collaboration of production base resources, it has achieved faster service response and shorter delivery cycles.
At the same time, relying on large-scale production and process optimization, it has demonstrated stronger competitiveness in cost control and quality assurance, providing customers with high-stability medical tubing products.
These products include: PTFE lined tubes, PTFE multi-lumen tubes, heat-shrinkable tubes, precision extruded tubes, and PI tubes.

This appearance at MD&M Midwest marks the first public showcase of jMedtech and Hydromer following their strategic integration. It signifies the initial release of synergies in technology, market, and supply chain, and demonstrates jMedtech’s determination and pace in continuously advancing its internationalization strategy.
