On-site, jMedtech displayed samples of coatings applied to various catheters, allowing customers to closely observe and understand the fundamental properties of the coatings. This included the lubricity of hydrophilic coatings, the antithrombotic effects of anticoagulant coatings, and the adjustable parameters of customized coatings.
Medical Tubing
The PTFE-lined tubes showcased samples manufactured through three distinct processes: free extrusion, mandrel-assisted extrusion, and dip coating. These products highlight their technical strengths in "ultra-thin wall thickness" and "ultra-small inner diameter", demonstrating jMedtech's advanced capabilities.
jMedtech's PTFE-lined tubes continue to expand their customizable range, achieving optimal balance between wall thickness and yield strength to deliver products with maximized yield performance. Available materials span standard plastics, engineering plastics, and high-performance specialty plastics, all delivering exceptional performance.
